Do you have a store I can walk in?

  • Yes, we have a showroom that is open to public by appointment only. Please contact 6445 5778 for more info.

How can I track my order?

  • You can now track your order status by logging into your account.

What are the shipping charges in Singapore?

  • We delivery all our Singapore order above $100 for free using door to door courier delivery.
  • Order below $100 will be charged a flat $10 delivery fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • We strive to deliver all order within 1-5 working days (excluding weekend & public holiday) after the payment is received.
  • DO note that any change in order might cause a delay in fulfillment. Delivery may also take longer during sale periods (GSS, Christmas) or near public holiday.
  • If nobody is home at the time of delivery attempt, you will receive a call asking to re-schedule the delivery.
  • Should there be a 2 failed delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.

Ship outside Singapore?

  • No, currently we only delivers orders only within Singapore
  • If you are visiting Singapore and staying in a hotel, we can arrange for your order to be delivered directly to the hotel. Please contact us to arrange for these services. Note that we do not participate in the tourist tax refund scheme, so you will not be able to claim back GST on your order when you depart Singapore.
  • Please contact us to arrange for oversea services if there is a need to send outside Singapore.

What do I do when I received a defect?

  • To speed up processing time, please provide a detailed description and a picture or video highlighter the problem.

Do you allow exchanges?

  • Do note that all returns have to be returned to us in original - Not used, undamaged packaging and condition before we can issue a credit to you.

How to use gift vouchers?

  • By entering the code in voucher field inside the shopping cart and press apply button.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

  • At this time, we does not accept cash on delivery

Can I amend my order after payment has been made?

  • All paid orders received through our system are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing and are usually cannot be altered. If you changed your mind about an order, please contact us immediately 6445 5778.

Is it safe to order through your website?

  • To ensure privacy and safety of your personal information, we use secure pages for all our user account and checkout pages. This means that your password and payment information is intentionally scrambled when transmitted and cannot be ready by any 3rdparty.
  • We also do not store any credit card information on our website.

Do you have a price match policy?

  • Yes, we will price match any item that appears cheaper at a local retailer, subject to certain conditions.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

  • We do offer bulk discount on a case by case basis. You can make a request by dropping us an email at main@taime.com.sg

Are your product authentic?

  • All products sold through here are 100% authentic, because we are the sole/authorized distributor. Please be 100% assured that we will never stock any replicas or fakes at our store and jeopardize safety of your child.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

  • We offer warranty on a wide selection of brand, but not all product come with a warranty. Please watch out for warranty description inside product details.
  • If an item under warranty is damaged, please contact us and let us know the date of purchase. We will direct you to the appropriate Service Centre for repair. Customers are responsible to send any damaged product under the warranty to the Service Centre. The Service Centre will contact you for collection once the item is repaired and ready for collection.

How do I receive updates about store discount, sales events, and other promotion?

Is there a minimum purchase?

  • No there is no minimum purchase required!

Do I need to create an account to make an order?

  • You don’t have to be a account holder to place and order with us as you can checkout as a guest. We recommend you to sign up for an account to receive all the benefits to additional feature like notify me when the out of stock item you want is back in stock etc.

Can I pre-order?

  • Yes your can do it with product what is currently not available or out of stock. Just email us at main@taime.com.sg

Where is my order confirmation email?

  • All order will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam/junk folder.

Can I call to place an order?

  • We don’t accept phone order, but if you can’t find an item, our customer service representative can assist you. Please contact our customer care team by phone on 6445 5778 from 10am-5pm Monday- Friday, or email us at main@taime.com.sg.

Can I place my order online and collect it in your showroom?

Why has my order been cancelled?

  • We apologies that your order has been cancelled, the reason for cancellation are normally due to payment problem, stock issue or due to a technical error on our website. Please contact us via email at main@taime.com.sgor call us on 6445 5778 from 10am-5pm Monday- Friday.

Can I change my shipping address?
